Terms and Conditions

You accept these Terms by either:

  • paying for services
  • continuing to use services; or
  • engaging in the resources (either by reading or viewing) that may either be free or available to purchase.


Social Work Services

  • Payment for sessions is in advance and must be paid for at time of booking or will need to be discussed for alternative arrangements.
  • Cancellations that give over 48hrs notice are accepted and offered a refund, minus $30 administration fee.
  • Postponements that give over 48hrs notice are offered a full credit for another appointment.
  • Cancellations within 48hrs of appointment or nonattendance will be charged full fee.



  • $100 minimum deposit to secure your booking
  • Full payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to training.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits can be credited to future training if there is more than 7 days’ notice given.
  • If a person pays in full and is unable to attend Day 1 of MHFA or ASIST due to illness a $100 fee will need to be charged to cover administration and resources.
  • If a person pays in full and is unable to attend Day 2 of MHFA or ASIST, no refund will be available.
  • A future discounted fee can be discussed and negotiated if unable to attend day 2 of MHFA or ASIST.
  • AAT reserves the right to re-negotiate aspects of its terms and conditions at any time.
